授業方法

授業概要	Objectives: Students will be better able to write (1) grammatically correct (2) complex sentences and paragraphs that are (3) spelled and punctuated correctly. Students will be better able to speak English with: (1) good pronunciation, (2) fluency, and (3) good delivery. Their spoken English will also be (4) grammatically correct. Outline: Students write simple sentences and say them aloud to the teacher. The teacher explains writing errors and listens to students’ pronunciation. Students should pay attention to the teacher’s corrections so that they can learn from their own mistakes. (Try to write a-little-difficult sentences. If you write too simple sentences, you will not improve. Challenge yourself to try to say what you want to say.) When there is extra time remaining in a class, we watch movie musical songs and read the lyrics.

1	Lesson 1. Write. Q & A Card Game. Songs from Annie Get Your Gun. *You see example questions & answers in 01-spring-examples.pdf. Please try to write your own original questions and answers for each of the 16 pictures.
2	Lesson 2. Speak. Show your sentences from Lesson 1 to the teacher for correction and read them aloud to the teacher. Songs from Oklahoma!*
3	Lesson 3. Write. Three Questions board game. Songs from Oklahoma!* **Write sentences to answer the topics in 03-3questionsboard.pdf.
4	Lesson 4. Speak. Show your Three Questions writing to the teacher for correction and read it aloud. Songs from Oklahoma!*
5	Lesson 5. Write. *A-Z Alphabet Board Game. On 05-azgamecards.pdf there are category cards. On the first page, left side, of 05-AZ-07-Spiral.pdf you see the same categories. Write a sentence about something in each category. Example: SOMETHING YOU READ. You think of a book, a newspaper, a comic book, a magazine, etcetera. You write a sentence like : "I read 2 Harry Potter books. They were exciting. I want to read more of them but I am so busy everyday, I have no time. "
6	Lesson 6. Speak. Show your A-Z Alphabet sentences to the teacher for correction and read them aloud. Songs from Oliver!*
7	Lesson 7. Write. *Question Spiral. On 07-spiralboardgame.pdf you see the first part of questions. Try to make a complete questions, and answers for them. On 05-AZ-07-Spiral.pdf you see some examples. The first square say DO YOU HAVE.... so you think maybe "Do you have a pet? Do you have any brothers or sisters? Do you have a favorite song?" Please make questions and also give answers.
8	Lesson 8. Speak. Show your Spiral sentences (questions and answers) to the teacher for correction, and read them aloud to the teacher. Songs from The King & I.*
9	Lesson 9. Write. *Childhood Cards. Write your original sentences about your childhood and school days as shown on 09-childhood.pdf.
10	Lesson 10. Speak. Show your Childhood sentences and read them aloud to the teacher. Songs from Easter Parade.*
